About Aspire

Our Story

Aspire was created from a place of deep personal understanding and compassion.
We recognise that the traditional education system doesn’t work for every young person, especially those with ADHD or additional learning needs.

Aspire was built to change that.

We believe that when education adapts to the individual — not the other way around — every child can flourish. Our mission is to give young people the chance to rediscover their confidence, their curiosity, and their hope for the future.

Introducing Scott

Who he is, what drives him, and why it matters

With 20 years in education, I’ve built a career around amplifying the voices of neurodiverse young people. My journey—from guidance with pre and post 16 to SEND and safeguarding lead—has been shaped by a deep belief in inclusion, agency, and trauma-informed practice. I’m driven by the creativity, resilience, and brilliance that neurodiverse learners bring when given the right support.

Day-to-day, I focus on building trust, adapting strategies, and creating psychologically safe spaces where every learner feels seen and valued. Whether I’m guiding career pathways or co-producing solutions with families, my approach is always rooted in empathy, clarity, and high expectations. Using Real life situation and a sense of humour to create and environment people feel settled and safe.

Our Team

Inspiring minds through experience.

We are a team of experienced education specialists, mentors, and current or former professional sportspeople who know how to connect with and inspire young people.
Our blend of expertise allows us to reach pupils others may have struggled to engage. We don’t just teach — we listen, support, and lead by example.

Our Approach

Personalised learning that works.

We go above and beyond to make sure no pupil or family feels left behind.
Each young person receives an individualised plan that addresses their academic, emotional, and social needs. We combine classroom learning with outdoor education, vocational skills, and mentoring to create a rich, balanced experience.

From growing food in our allotment to exploring our woodland area, pupils learn teamwork, responsibility, and connection with the world around them.

We are guided by compassion — and driven by results.

Our Commitment

Every child. Every chance.

We work in partnership with families, schools, and local authorities to ensure every pupil has access to the support and opportunities they deserve.
As an ASDAN registered centre, Aspire provides recognised qualifications, including Functional Skills in English and Maths, ensuring every learner’s achievements are valued and transferable.

Our aim is simple:
To help every young person Aspire to more — and believe that they can achieve it.
